Jessenia Guapisaca was born and raised in Ecuador. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brooklyn College and an associate’s in Multimedia Programming. She has experience in paralegal work, interpretation, constituent services, organizing, youth programming, web design and graphic design.
