Guadalupe Capistran is a founding member of Radiate Consulting OC and a community facilitator, community health promoter, and project coordinator dedicated to advancing health equity, education, and community empowerment throughout OC. As a member-owner of Radiate Consulting Orange County, she leads community engagement initiatives, facilitates participatory meetings, connects residents to essential resources, and coordinates projects that strengthen community well-being.

Her commitment to community service began through the Dreamers movement, where she became actively involved in advocacy and community education. Since then, Guadalupe has built extensive experience working alongside families, schools, nonprofit organizations, and public agencies to promote equitable access to health, education, and social services.

Guadalupe holds professional certifications in Community Health Work, Mental Health Case Management, Family-to-Family Education (NAMI), Contact Tracing for Health Equity, research ethics (CITI), and Human Research Protection (CIRT) through institutions including Chapman University, Santa Ana College, and the University of California, Irvine (UCI).
