Pilar Lara De Cortez
Pilar carries out her work in the areas of project manager, consulting, facilitation, connection to services, scientific health promoter, trained in human resources and Biomedical research, certified by the CITI program, from Irvine University, California. She has received training on mental health, disability, the education system, contact tracing. through UC Irvine health equity trainings, to address needs in the most vulnerable areas of Orange County. Pilar was born in the city of Puebla, Mexico, and has resided in California for more than 27 years. From an early age she understood the importance of education and community work. Upon arriving in this country, she became involved in various agencies with the firm purpose of learning and continuing to help build a dignified and equitable community.
Pilar desempeña su trabajo en las áreas de manejador de proyectos, consultoría, facilitación,conexión a servicios, promotora científica de la salud, capacitada en recursos humanos e investigaciones Biomédicas, certificada por el programa CITI, por la universidad Irvine, California. Ha recibido capacitación sobre salud mental, discapacidad, el sistema educativo, rastreo de contactos. a través de capacitaciones de equidad en salud de UC Irvine, para contrarrestar las necesidades en las áreas más vulnerables del condado de Orange. Pilar nació en la ciudad de Puebla, México, y reside en California desde hace más de 27 años. Desde temprana edad comprendió la importancia de la educación y el trabajo comunitario. Al llegar a este país se involucró en diversas agencias con el firme propósito de aprender y seguir ayudando a construir una comunidad digna y equitativa.
