Community Facilitator | Community Health Promoter
Pilar is a founding member of Radiate Consulting Orange County. As a member-owner of Radiate Consulting, she partners with nonprofit organizations, and public agencies to strengthen community engagement, improve access to services, and advance equitable, community-driven solutions. Her work focuses on facilitating inclusive community processes, delivering culturally responsive outreach, connecting residents to essential resources, and supporting public health initiatives that improve quality of life throughout Orange County.
Pilar has completed professional training in community health promotion, project management, leadership, and human resources. She has also received specialized certifications in cardiovascular health promotion, mental health, disability support, and community-based participatory research through institutions including the University of California, Irvine (UCI), Santa Ana College, Santa Ana Unified School District, and other respected community organizations.
