Cooperative Development | Program Coordinator
Luz is a founding member of Radiate Consulting OC and a community leader dedicated to advancing economic justice, worker empowerment, and cooperative development. Her work centers on strengthening community-based organizations through program coordination, financial administration, conflict resolution, and democratic governance.
Since helping establish Radiate Consulting OC in 2019, Luz has supported the development and growth of several worker cooperatives and community initiatives throughout Orange County. She currently serves as Program Coordinator for Cooperativa Santa Ana, where she leads projects that promote cooperative entrepreneurship, shared leadership, and sustainable community development.
Luz has contributed to the development of organizations including Radiate Consulting OC, SALSA, La Milpa Café, and the Orange County Worker Cooperative Network. She has also facilitated collaborative governance processes with community-based organizations, helping strengthen equitable decision-making and long-term organizational capacity.
