Esteban Salazar (he/him) is a member-owner of Radiate Consulting OC, where he provides legal services support, project management, community engagement, case management, and English-Spanish interpretation and translation. A first-generation college student, he graduated from Santa Ana College and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature with a minor in Race and the Law from the University of California, Berkeley.

With experience supporting nonprofit organizations, legal service providers, and community-based initiatives throughout Orange County and the Bay Area, Esteban has worked in legal case management, records retrieval, bilingual communication, program coordination, and operational support. His work focuses on expanding equitable access to legal, educational, and community resources while helping organizations strengthen service delivery and better serve historically underrepresented communities.
