Maria Merlan
Maria Merlan offers contact tracing, facilitation, and connection to services. She has a background in both therapeutic workshops and artistic flower arrangements. She’s received training from Meetings of the Minds, Mental Health First Aid, Suicide Alert, and most recently, UC Irvine Health Equity Contact Tracing. She has professional experience in flower arrangements and offers therapeutic workshops focused on mental health and well-being. Maria has known the need and importance of equity for all and has contributed to the community by being a volunteer in different organizations, including Parents Promoters of Education, Santa Ana Building Healthy Communities, and more. She was born in Mexico and currently lives in Santa Ana, Ca. Maria is a friendly, responsible, honest person, and likes to support her community in order to achieve fair equity for all.
