Maria Guillen
Maria Guillen provides contact tracing services, facilitation, and connection to services. She has been trained in courses on mental health, first aid, family wellness, child development, and most recently, the UC Irvine Health Equity Contact Tracing Workshop. She has always been involved with her community in Orange County from a very young age, knowing the need for equity in the Latino community. She worked in different organizations such as Latino Health Access and Learn it Systems. Maria visualizes her community having a healthier, more dignified, just, and prosperous life. She was born in Mexico, and today resides in Orange, California. She is a sociable, enthusiastic, responsible person, and likes to contribute to making a difference.
Maria Guillén brinda servicios de localización de contactos, facilitación y conexión con los servicios. Ha recibido capacitación en cursos sobre salud mental, primeros auxilios, bienestar familiar, desarrollo infantil y, más recientemente, el Taller de localización de contactos de equidad en la salud de UC Irvine. Ella siempre ha estado involucrada con su comunidad en el condado de Orange desde una edad muy temprana, sabiendo la necesidad de equidad en la comunidad latina. Trabajó en diferentes organizaciones como Latino Health Access y Learn it Systems. María visualiza a su comunidad teniendo una vida más saludable, digna, justa y próspera.
Nació en México y hoy reside en Orange, California. Es una persona sociable, entusiasta, responsable y le gusta contribuir para marcar la diferencia.
